“I love food. I love wine. I love friendships that grow through shared experiences of that nature.” If you know Dr. Brian Thomas, DMD, you know his passion for food and cooking. It’s that passion that caught our attention and gave us the confidence to invite him to be our first Guest Chef.

It seems like a natural fit as past trips to Italy inspired Brian to craft several featured dishes for Victor’s.  His creations are based on some of those great experiences and memories he and his wife, Anne, made sitting around a dinner table with friends in the country famous for its art, culture, food and wine.

Victor’s co-owner, Mark Sindicich explains, “As a home chef, Brian understands the concepts shared by professional chefs. He works to get to the depth of flavor complexities and takes a chef’s approach to everyday eating and cooking.”  Additionally, Mark says there will be wine pairings available for Brian’s features that will heighten the whole gourmand experience.

For this special Dine & Donate, Victor’s will donate a portion of proceeds to the non-profit of Guest Chef Brian’s choice, Turning Point Counseling and Advocacy Center.  Wanting to keep the donation local, Brian chose Turning Point after he and Anne were inspired by a presentation about the success of the non-profit that helps survivors heal from childhood sexual abuse.

“I found it so touching to hear the stories of the survivors and what they went through,” Brian explains. “So many of them have gone on to do great things with their lives through their recovery. The work of Turning Point is so important to these women, men, and to our community.”

Round up your besties and reserve a table for Victor’s Dine & Donate, April 17 – 20. Revel in the camaraderie of friendships, food, and wine shared around a table featuring delicious dishes from another world but in your own hometown, thanks to Guest Chef Brian Thomas.  And, you’re doing good for our community at the same time. How do you say win-win in Italian?!
