Join us March 18 for a spirited twist on our SOMM Series, led by our very own Certified Sommelier and co-owner, Mark Sindicich. This special Cocktail Edition features six hand-selected cocktails curated by our March birthday crew: co-owner Marie, General Manager Kent, and Bar Manager Justin. Come sip, celebrate, and discover a few new favorites.

Meet our Sommelier

Mark Sindicich, Victor’s co-owner and Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, has loved learning about and tasting wines, beers, and liquors since his college career at Penn State University. This passion led him to acquire Victor’s Italian Restaurant where over time he built a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list and progressed through The Court’s intensive and rigorous program.

You may find Mark relaxing at the bar grabbing a quick bite with a value priced Chianti, or sitting around a table with friends, sampling a high end Super Tuscan wine and pairing it with Chef’s latest seasonal feature. But what makes Mark’s expertise so gratifying is his ability to stock and recommend wine varieties to our guests to please any palate and price point.
